We answer your questions

Project F. FAQ

How long does it take to digitize a box of photos or cassette tapes?
It depends on the volume and format. Once we receive your material, we give you a clear time estimate before starting — no surprises halfway through.
What happens if my VHS or cassette tape is damaged or no longer plays well?
We run an honest diagnosis before charging for the full process. Many visibly worn tapes can still be recovered; if not, we tell you upfront.
How do you deliver the final result: cloud, physical drive, or both?
Whatever you prefer: cloud backup, a physical drive, or both. We agree on this with you before starting the project.
I don't live in Monterrey — can I ship my cassette tapes or photos?
Yes. We serve clients anywhere in the world by mail, with the same quality of service as an in-person delivery.
Do you remove duplicate photos automatically, or does someone review them one by one?
Both: we use tools to detect duplicates and near-duplicates, and there's always a human review before final delivery — so no photo is lost by mistake.
